Abstract

|
A case of a huge parasagittal meningioma of the left parietal lobe which was attached to the posterior third portion of the superior longitudinal sinus was reported.
The symptomatology, diagnosis and some problem for operation and-prognosis were described and discussed with a review of literatures.
